Industry Representative Registration

First find your facility in the industry master. If it is not listed, you can add it and continue without waiting for prior approval.

Select the facilitySearch the existing master before adding a new industry.

District (for a new industry) Not required for search. It is captured automatically when you select an existing industry.

Industry name *

Select the Regional Office, then type at least three characters. The search covers every district in that RO.
